SUPPORT PGSSS IN OUR ACTIVITIES:

Parivartan Grameen Samaj Sevi Sanstha is main support of the school so far because there is no help from anywhere. The organization and the members of the organization established Parivartan Public School from their own and still supporting all the activities but now we expect from the corporate, young supporter of the country and abroad, non-profits, charitable trust and foundations and governments from the country and abroad to support us to help the poor of this remote untouched area of hill of Uttarakhand.

TRANSPORT:

The school covers a vast area or so many villages of Kot and Pauri block so far thus the transportation is the earnest requirement to carry students from their villages. It also requires help.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:

Education is the only and for most base requirement of the development. The nature is beautiful, pollution free, and healthy environment but lack of the basic amenities likes employment, health, education, recreation and so many other things as in towns and cities.

METHODOLOGY

THE TEACHING – LEARNING APPROACH AT PARIVARTAN PUBLIC SCHOOL IS FRAMED ON THE OBJECTIVES OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAMME WHILE THE METHODOLOGY IS EXPERIENTIAL IN NATURE. THE CHILDREN ARE TO BE ENCOURAGED TO LEARN BY DOING/ EXPERIENCING ON THEIR OWN.

ECE is a child oriented programme that follows the play way and activity approach and aim at providing a stimulating play environment for intellectual, language, social, emotional and physical development of the child. The approach and methodology is to be practiced for activities in the following domains of development as we proposed for the development of children of this remote and unprivileged place:

PHYSICAL & MOTOR DEVELOPMENT

The best way to bring up children is by letting them be themselves. The colourful, child friendly, spacious environment of Parivartan Public School will give opportunity to children to play, run around and enjoy their childhood. Activities like aerobics, playing and yoga help the health of mind and body. Gross and fine motor skills will be developed through special aids and tools.

COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT

The IQ of a child just doesn't depend on the genes alone, but the opportunities he/she gets to use his mind. Children are given opportunities to learn how to be analytical so that they can successfully deal with life situations. Special emphasis is laid on skills like development of senses, puzzle and tower making, problem solving, etc.

LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT

What good is knowledge that cannot be expressed! Novel rhymes, innovative ways of storytelling, picture reading, gripping dramatization, opportunities and encouragement for free and structured conversation enhance the communication and presentation skills of our children.

SOCIO – EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The most important ingredient in the recipe of success is the ability to get along with people and the society. PPS will provide the right kind of peer group which will form the learning ground for the child about right behavior, friendship and sharing habits. Confidence, leadership quality, sense of independence, care towards environment, society and respect for traditional values is instilled through celebration of events, stage exposure, nature walks and role plays, and many ways.

DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Each child has inborn creativity. All we need to do is give them encouragement and opportunities. We will try to provide children with a stimulating environment where they can discover their talents like dancing, art and craft, music, clay molding etc.

Each day is to be planned so as to reflect a balance of individual and group activities, outdoor and indoor activities, active and quiet activities, free and structured / guided activities and activities to foster all aspects of development. On the whole, our aim at PARIVARTAN PUBLIC SCHOOL, is to blossom a child's personality by all necessary means.
